    Placing Orders, Payment & Billing

  • How do I place an order online?
  • To place an order, select the qty. You want to buy, then click the “Add To Cart” button next to any product you wish to purchase. Once you have added all products to your cart, click on the “checkout” button. The site will then guide you through the necessary steps to gather the necessary information to get your order to you accurately and promptly. If you need assistance with your order, please call our customer care or service at +91 9876598764 from 09:00 am- 8:00 pm (IST) Monday – Sunday (excluding holidays).   • What forms of payment do you accept?
  • Based on your convenience, you can either pay online via all major debit/credit cards, net banking, e-wallets, or UPI. 
  • What can I do if my payment is declined?
  • If payment is declined, please contact your bank or credit card company. If you encounter any further difficulties or have any additional questions, please call our customer care team at +91 98767-40050 or  from 10:00 am- 7:00 pm (IST) all 7 days of the week. You can also contact us via email at care@karmicbeauty.in All online payments are securely handled by our payment gateway partner Razorpay.
  • I'm experiencing a technical problem while placing an order or signing in to my account. What should I do?

    Gifts, Damaged Goods, Return & Exchange

  • Can I send my order as a gift? 
  • Yes, and we would be happy to receive a message from you. At the check out, you will be asked if you want to write a message, use that space to let us know what you want us to write in the note on your behalf.
  • How do I use a promo code?
  • Simply apply your promo code during CHECKOUT. Please note that only one promo code can be used at any one time. Note: Offers that are advertised on our website without a promo code will be automatically applied at checkout. In this instance, separate promo codes can be used in conjunction with the aforementioned advertised offers.
  • Where can I find my order number?
  • Your order number is in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. If you placed your order after signing in, you can also find your order information within the My Account section. Click on Purchase History to see a detailed history of your orders.
  • How can I check the status of my order?
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. We’ll send you a second email with the tracking information once your order has been shipped.   • Can I cancel my order?
  • Please contact care@karmicbeauty.in within 24hrs of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however, if the 24hrs timeline has passed, there is no guarantee that any changes can be made once an order is placed and processed.
  • Can I exchange my product?
  • We apologize, but we currently do not offer exchanges due to changes that may affect pricing and the total value of your order. Even though in certain circumstances you can always reach out to our customer care at care@karmicbeauty.in and we will do our best.
  • The product was damaged at the time of delivery. What should I do?
  • Please contact us at care@karmicbeauty.in as soon as you receive the order and our customer support team will assist you. Please note that the request for damage during transit will be considered only within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The order I received doesn’t match the one I placed. What should I do?
  • Please call our customer service center at +91 9876598764 or 9876740050 from 9:00 am – 8.00 pm (IST) Monday – Saturday (excluding holidays). You can also contact us at care@karmicbeauty.in  and we will provide a solution within 24 hours.

    Delivery & Shipping

  • Where does KARMIC BEAUTY ship?
  • Currently, we are accepting orders only for India via the shop on the website. In case you want to place an order outside India please talk to us on chat or call and we will be more than happy to take your order and ship you Karmic Beauty products.
  • How can I edit my shipping address?
  • If you wish to make any changes to your order, please email us at care@karmicbeauty.in with your order number as soon as possible. It may not be possible to change the address, in case the order has already been shipped from our fulfillment center.
  • How quickly can I receive my order?
  • Delivery times will depend on the city/town you are in. Shipments usually take up to 7 business days upon order confirmation.
