Placing Orders, Payment & Billing
To place an order, select the qty. You want to buy, then click the “Add To Cart” button next to any product you wish to purchase. Once you have added all products to your cart, click on the “checkout” button. The site will then guide you through the necessary steps to gather the necessary information to get your order to you accurately and promptly. Gifts, Damaged Goods, Return & Exchange
Yes, and we would be happy to receive a message from you. At the check out, you will be asked if you want to write a message, use that space to let us know what you want us to write in the note on your behalf.

Note: Offers that are advertised on our website without a promo code will be automatically applied at checkout. Your order number is in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. If you placed your order after signing in, you can also find your order information within the My Account section. Click on Purchase History to see a detailed history of your orders.

We apologize, but we currently do not offer exchanges due to changes that may affect pricing and the total value of your order. Even though in certain circumstances you can always reach out to our customer care at care@karmicbeauty.in and we will do our best.

Delivery & Shipping
Currently, we are accepting orders only for India via the shop on the website. In case you want to place an order outside India please talk to us on chat or call and we will be more than happy to take your order and ship you Karmic Beauty products.
If you wish to make any changes to your order, please email us at care@karmicbeauty.in with your order number as soon as possible. It may not be possible to change the address, in case the order has already been shipped from our fulfillment center.
Delivery times will depend on the city/town you are in. Shipments usually take up to 7 business days upon order confirmation.
