BILLING POLICIES
Payment Options
We (VK Cosmic Ventures) accept payments via the following modes:
- Domestic & International credit or debit cards that are part of the Visa, Mastercard, Rupay and American Express network
- Unified Payment Interface (UPI) such as Google Pay
- Payment Wallets such as Paytm
- Net-banking from select banks (the full list is available at the time of payment, prior to completing the transaction)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) collected by our logistics partner at the time of delivery.
Please note that for Visa and MasterCard you will require to submit your 16-digit credit card number, card expiry date and a 3-digit CVV number while making the payment. The transaction will appear on your credit card statement or bank statement as a payment to VK Cosmic Ventures / Razorpay.
Pricing Policy
The product prices listed are current and updated. However, the prices are subject to change from time to time without prior notice. All orders on this website are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) and the prices are inclusive of all taxes. Our products are liable for GST in India. All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at the price in effect, at the time of order placement.
Payment Security
Any information you enter when transacting on this website is sent in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session and is encrypted to protect you against unintentional disclosure to third parties.
International Billing
We accept payment in international currency through Paypal and International Debit/Credit Card.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. You can expect delivery by a minimum 3 days to a maximum of 7 days from the day of order processing and dispatch. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or message.
We at Karmic Beauty take extreme care in putting together your order and to hand over to our delivery partners. We regret we cannot be held responsible for delays due to courier company issues, any unforeseen customs delays, natural calamities, natural disasters, issues out of our control, local or international customs, taxes or additional fees your country may levy. Shipping Charges

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email & WhatsApp message once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping Policy
- We take 6-8 business days for international deliveries. However, on rare occasions, particularly during festive seasons, there might be a slight extension in the delivery timeline. Additionally, external factors or natural calamities may also cause a delay.
- Shipping charges are applicable and may vary due to location, size, type, product, or package.
- Please note international deliveries may be subject to the CUSTOM DUTIES that the customer will have to pay for receiving the package. We only charge shipping fees and DO NOT COVER FOR CUSTOMS DUTY CHARGE / IMPORT DUTY / OTHER APPLICABLE GOVERNMENT TAXES ON ARRIVAL IN THE DESTINATION COUNTRY).
- Please take note that in case of international shipments, the Custom authorities in some countries may open our packages for inspection.
- Orders once dispatched from our warehouse, cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
RETURN POLICY
We accept Return Requests only in following cases:
You received a wrong shipment
You received a damaged product
You received an expired product
We follow a 48 Hours Return Policy. We ask for your complete peace of mind while ordering at our website. If your order has some issue, you can request for the return of all items within 48 Hours of receipt of goods with Proof of Images and Videos attached at care@karmicbeauty.in or on WhatsApp at +91-9876598764. Once the Return Request is approved, the customer will have to ship the return at his/her own cost. However, we request you to ensure that the product is completely unused and all the tags, original boxes and other packaging are intact. We will verify the returned product and the proofs submitted to be according to our policy. If you have paid by card then the payment will be reversed. In case of Cash on Delivery as mode of payment, we will issue a cheque in the registered name of the customer.

- Do a patch test: Some people may be allergic/sensitive to specific ingredients, even natural plant-based ones. While our products are formulated with the utmost care, it's important to note that they may not be suitable for every individual. Therefore, read the ingredient list and do a patch test before use (behind the ear or on the elbow). If irritation occurs, rinse with water, & stop use. Use only as directed on unbroken skin.
- Natural ingredient variations: Please note, that there can be subtle differences in color, scent, and texture over time in the product due to the seasonality of harvesting natural ingredients. Each complexion and skin concern are unique and special, therefore, returns/exchanges for reasons of general dissatisfaction or reasons of pre-existing skin conditions cannot be offered.
- Damaged products during shipping: In the unlikely event that any product you have received is in a damaged condition or defective, please reach out to us at care@karmicbeauty.in or on WhatsApp at +91-9876598764 within 48 hours of receiving the order. Our representative will guide you on this matter.
REFUND POLICY
We offer refunds / replacements only in following cases:
You received a wrong shipment
You received a damaged product
You received an expired product
The customer will have to ship the return at his/her own cost. The Returned Items will be received and checked for any discrepancy before proceeding for refund. Please note that refund process may take 10-15 days and the refund amount will be issued via same mode as the payment was made.
